For decades, the average citizen has operated under the assumption that the law of the land is synonymous with the statutes passed by a captured legislature. We have been conditioned to believe that “the law” is merely whatever the current administration, regulatory body, or supreme court mandates at any given moment. This is a profound error. We are living under a de facto corporate system that has replaced the foundations of justice with the cold, shifting calculus of the bottom line.
To restore our Republic, we must first distinguish between what is currently enforced and what is rightfully ours.
The Hierarchy of Law: God’s Law and Common Law
True law does not originate in a committee room or a board meeting; it originates in the immutable order created by God. God’s Law—the moral foundation that recognizes the sanctity of life, the natural family, and the objective truth of the created order—is the bedrock upon which all legitimate governance must stand. Any statute that contradicts this divine order is not law; it is an act of tyranny.
From this moral foundation flows Common Law. Unlike the arbitrary, ever-changing regulations of the modern administrative state, Common Law is the accumulated wisdom of a free people. It is based on precedent, custom, and the protection of the natural rights of kin and property. It recognizes that the fundamental unit of society is the family, not the individual consumer or the corporate employee.
The De Facto Corporate Usurpation
What we currently experience is de facto governance: a system that holds the appearance of legality but lacks the substance of justice. Transnational corporations have effectively colonized the state. They write the regulations, they subsidize the political campaigns, and they control the media narrative that justifies their expansion.
Consider the current state of affairs:
- Border Policy: Borders are ignored not because of a failure of logistics, but because the corporate-political establishment views national sovereignty as a friction-point for global labor mobility.
- Social Engineering: Radical identity politics and the dismantling of the traditional family are aggressively promoted by the world’s largest corporations. Why? Because a fragmented, atomized population—one that has no strong ties to faith, nation, or bloodline—is easier to manage and market to than a cohesive, principled people.
- Legal Warfare: We see the weaponization of the justice system against those who dare to organize in the national interest, while the criminal actions of the elite class are protected by high-priced legal teams and regulatory capture.
The de facto transnational system operates on a ledger, not a constitution. Its “law” is the quarterly/annual financial report (ACFR / CAFR). Its “morality” is the DEI mandate. Its “sovereignty” is a global supply chain.
The Path to De Jure Restoration
Restoring the de jure—the rightful, legal, and moral order—is not a task that can be accomplished by simply winning the next election within the current, broken framework. The system is designed to absorb and neutralize opposition.
Instead, we must engage in a dual strategy:
- Parallel Institutionalism: As the de facto system continues to fail and corrupt everything it touches, we must build institutions that reflect our own values. This means local schooling, local food networks, and community-based legal and economic support systems that operate outside the influence of the corporate-state complex.
- Asserting our Heritage: We must reclaim the language and the reality of our legal inheritance. We are the descendants of those who built this land under the rule of law. We have a right to our borders, our culture, and our posterity. When we speak of “restoring the Republic,” we are not calling for a return to the politics of the last fifty years; we are calling for a return to the principles that existed long before the current corporate usurpation.
The goal is to render the de facto system irrelevant by building a parallel, healthy, and sovereign reality. God’s Law remains the standard. Our duty is to organize, build, and remain steadfast in the knowledge that no corporate ledger can ever erase the natural, divine rights of a free and awakened people.
The time to stop playing by their rules is here. It is time to restore the de jure order.
