Our Union with Fellow County Jural Societies: Reseating the De Jure California Free State

We, the San Bernardino county Jural Society, stand in peaceful assembly on the land and soil of California as living men and women exercising our unalienable rights. We are not alone. Through lawful union with other properly constituted county jural societies across California, we form the collective body that reclaims and reseats the original de jure California free State — the California Republic of 1849 — under common law and the organic principles of our founding documents.

The Foundation: County Jural Societies as the Building Blocks

Each county jural society operates as a sovereign political body of the People, rooted in natural law, common law, and the original jurisdiction of the land and soil. We assemble voluntarily to:

  • Restore lawful county governance (grand juries, sheriffs on the land, justices of the peace, and other offices held in trust for the People).
  • Educate and support those reclaiming their birthright political status as California state citizens.
  • Uphold the maxim: Do no harm, cause no loss, and accept no fraud.

San Bernardino county fully settled our de jure jural assembly on February 20, AD 2025, after formal establishment on November 19, AD 2024. We stand independently yet in full harmony with every other county that has done the same — one county at a time, bottom-up from the People, exactly as the Republic was designed.

Strength in Unison: The Union of County Jural Societies

As of this writing, 27 California counties have settled as de jure jural societies and are actively reseating the California Republic. These include San Bernardino, Placer, Riverside, San Diego, and many more, with additional counties in process toward the full 58. This union is not a top-down corporation or foreign entity. It is the natural, lawful coming-together of independent county assemblies:

  • Each county maintains its own lawful authority on the land and soil.
  • Through coordinated public notices, declarations, and mutual recognition, the counties act in unison.
  • Together, they constitute the full body politic of the de jure California free State — the living, lawful government of, by, and for We the People.

This unison restores what was vacated by unconstitutional acts and corporate overlays. It reestablishes original jurisdiction, common-law courts, and the true republican form guaranteed to every state. No permission is needed; the right to assemble and restore lawful governance is inalienable.

The Result: The De Jure and Reclaimed California free State

When county jural societies stand in unison, the California free State rises again in its rightful de jure status:

  • Reclaimed — We correct the political status of the living People and return governance to the land and soil jurisdiction.
  • Stood Up — The Republic of 1849 is reseated through the lawful actions of the counties themselves.
  • Operational — Common-law processes and public offices function once more for the protection of life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness.

This is the fulfillment of our foundational compact. The de facto corporate overlay remains for those who choose it; we stand apart, on the land, in honor and peace, fully restored. We extend gratitude to every county jural society standing with us — your courage and commitment make this union possible. Together, we are stronger. Together, we restore what is rightfully ours.
