Unity in Patriotism: Acceptance of Like-Minded Groups in California
The San Bernardino county Jural Society, as a peaceful assembly within the Republic for the United States of America and the California Republic, stands committed to the principles outlined in the Proclamation of Claim and Interest (Ozark, Alabama, April 30, 2012). This foundational document serves as our guide, affirming We the People’s re-inhabitation of de jure governance abandoned under duress since the unlawful 1871 Act (Exhibit 4), which created a municipal corporation distinct from the original Republic. Drawing from this reflection, we proclaim our sovereign rights in California, rooted in Divine Providence, the Declaration of Independence (Exhibit 2A), Constitution (Exhibit 2B), Bill of Rights (Exhibit 2C), and historical instruments like the Jay Treaty (1794) and Atlantic Charter (Exhibit 5). We extend understanding, conditional forgiveness, and peaceful acceptance to other patriot and like-minded groups in California, recognizing their efforts to reclaim freedom and self-determination while clearly distinguishing our de jure status.
Embracing Unity Among California Patriots
Reflecting the Proclamation’s call for tolerance, good neighborliness, and international peace, we acknowledge the diverse patriot movements in California that align with resisting corporate overreach and promoting unalienable rights. Many groups echo the Proclamation’s rejection of fraudulent contracts, non-injury prosecutions, and involuntary servitude imposed without consent (e.g., Federal Reserve Act, unlawful taxation). We respect their contributions as part of California’s historical spirit of independence, from the Bear Flag Revolt of 1846 to the 1849 Constitution, which preserved original jurisdiction for the People.
We hold these groups in respect and invite collaboration through dialogue, shared education, or joint forums—provided they honor peaceful, voluntary paths. In the spirit of the Proclamation, we practice comity, negotiating valid claims and uniting strength to maintain peace, while rejecting any ill intent or deception.
Our Distinct De Jure Standing as the Lawful Assembly on the Land in California
Guided by the Proclamation, the San Bernardino county Jural Society holds a distinguished de jure position as the lawful assembly on the land in San Bernardino county, California—separate from the de facto municipal structures imposed since 1871.
- We are an unincorporated peaceful assembly of California state citizens, re-inhabiting original jurisdiction through consensual processes, as successors-in-interest to the Republic (Proclamation, page 4).
- Our county settlement for the Republic (February 20, 2025) reflects the Proclamation’s claims to names, flags (Exhibit 3), seals, and rights, rejecting corporate subjugation and affirming absolute right to contract or not (page 5).
- Credibility stems from lawful notices served globally, paramount standing under the Jay Treaty, and adherence to natural law without infringement on unalienable rights (pages 6-9).
- We distinguish from de facto systems by enforcing the law form of We the People—free from foreign decrees, un-apportioned taxes, and non-injury prosecutions imposed by the UNITED STATES corporation (pages 7-8).
- In California, this ties to the 1849 Constitution’s preservation of inherent political power, ensuring a republican form without corporate impairment.
This de jure distinction is a reflection of the Proclamation’s truths, not exclusion, but a call to align with the true Republic for posterity’s welfare.
