Our Purpose

We exist to empower the living people of San Bernardino county to reclaim their inherent rights, self-governance, and political status as free Americans. Our core mission includes:

  • Educating residents about the critical distinctions between the land and soil jurisdiction (the lawful domain of living men and women) and the maritime/admiralty jurisdiction (often applied to corporations, legal fictions, and commercial entities).
  • Peacefully reassembling the original de jure county government on the land, including lawful public offices such as the people’s courts, sheriff on the land, justices of the peace, coroner, recorder, and other positions held in sacred trust by and for the people.
  • Restoring and revitalizing the American common law court system to fairly resolve disputes among living people, free from corporate or statutory overreach.
  • Protecting and defending the inalienable rights, private property, and freedoms of all county residents who choose to stand in their correct political capacity as sovereign beings.

We draw inspiration from foundational American principles, including those expressed in the Declaration of Independence, the original U.S. Constitution (pre-unauthorized alterations), and historical common law practices that prioritize justice, self-determination, and community accountability.

Our Activities

The San Bernardino county Jural Society engages in a range of peaceful, educational, and organizational efforts to advance these goals:

  • Education and Outreach — Hosting meetings, workshops, study groups, and public presentations to inform community members about historical governance, common law principles, jurisdiction differences, and the path to reclaiming lawful status.
  • Assembly and Organization — Convening as a jural society to build a body politic, recruit and prepare members, develop jury pools, and form committees for ongoing operations.
  • Restoration Efforts — Working to reestablish lawful structures, including common law courts, grand juries for oversight and presentments, and other mechanisms to hold public servants accountable under the rule of law.
  • Community Building — Fostering lawful, self-reliant communities through mutual support, lawful dispute resolution, and the promotion of honor, peace, and personal responsibility.
  • Public Notices and Documentation — Issuing lawful notices, declarations, and records to affirm our peaceful intent and settlement on the land.

All activities are conducted peacefully, honorably, and in full alignment with the right to assemble, petition for redress of grievances, and exercise self-governance as guaranteed by foundational American documents. We invite like-minded individuals who value true justice, liberty, and community sovereignty to learn more and participate.
