Reclaiming Our Birthright: Lawful Governance on the Land and Soil
The San Bernardino County Jural Society is a peaceful assembly of California state citizens and county residents dedicated to restoring and maintaining proper lawful governance of our county and state. We are living men and women who have reclaimed our inherent political status on the land and soil jurisdiction of California state. We operate as a properly constituted jural assembly under the public and organic law of our nation, exercising our unalienable rights to self-governance as preserved by the foundational American documents and the principles of common law.
Our Purpose
The San Bernardino County Jural Society exists to:
- Educate our community about the distinctions between the land and soil jurisdiction (for living people) and maritime/admiralty jurisdiction (for corporations and legal fictions).
- Reassemble the lawful county government on the land, including the people’s courts, sheriff on the land, justices of the peace, coroner, recorder, and other public offices held in trust by the people for the people.
- Restore the proper functioning of our American common law court system for the resolution of disputes among living people on the land and soil.
- Protect and defend the inalienable rights, property, and freedoms of all county residents who stand in their proper political status.
- Provide support and guidance to those seeking to correct their political status and return to the land and soil jurisdiction.
- Operate in full transparency, peace, and honor, upholding the maxim: “Do no harm, cause no loss, and accept no fraud.”
