These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), educational resources, community coordination, and any related activities. By accessing the Site or participating in our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms as a living man or woman exercising your inalienable rights.
1. Nature and Purpose of the Society
The Jural Society is a private educational and community association dedicated to the study and peaceful application of common law principles, historical American jurisprudence, constitutional governance, and lawful self-governance through voluntary jural assemblies. All activities are conducted in a private capacity among members and interested individuals.

You are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions, and you are encouraged to perform your own due diligence.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation in any Society activities—including viewing the Site, requesting resources, attending meetings, or coordinating assemblies—is entirely voluntary. No contract is formed unless expressly agreed to in writing by both parties. We respect the right of every individual to freely associate or disassociate at any time.
4. Use of Resources and Materials
Educational materials, templates, and documents provided are for personal study and reference only. Users assume full responsibility for any adaptation, execution, recording, or reliance upon such materials.
5. Member and Visitor Conduct
You agree to interact with the Society and its members in a peaceful, respectful, and lawful manner consistent with common law principles. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Threats, harassment, or defamation.
- Fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Interference with the peaceful enjoyment of others.
The Society reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone, without explanation, in keeping with our intent for communal harmony.
6. Intellectual Property
Content on the Site, including text, graphics, and resources, is owned by the Society or shared with permission. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, provided you retain all notices and do not alter the substance. Redistribution or commercial use requires express written consent.
7. Donations and Support
Any donations or contributions are voluntary and not tax-deductible, as we are not a chartered non-profit organization. They support the continued operation of our educational mission. No goods or services are promised in exchange beyond access to publicly available resources.
