Welcome to Lawful Self-Governance

The San Bernardino county Jural Society invites all peaceable living men and women who reside on the land and soil of San Bernardino County to learn about, support, and actively participate in restoring proper lawful governance through the American common law tradition. Participation begins with education and personal preparation. We are a civil assembly of the people, by the people, and for the people—no membership fees, no dues, and no obligation beyond honorable and peaceful conduct.

Steps to Participate

If you are interested in participating in our efforts, or formally joining in our county Jural Society, please visit this link here and fill out an interest form. On the form, it will ask you in which county you reside in, to which your reply of “San Bernardino county” and submission of the form will connect you with a representative from the California Republic for the People, and your information will be passed to the Jural Society for San Bernardino county. Once received, the Jural Society will reach out and explain the next steps to formally join the de jure jural assembly of San Bernardino county.

Townhall

The California Republic for the People hosts bi-weekly townhall meetings for those who are interested in learning more about the California Republic, how we’re working to settle the state on the land, and provide insight to our mission. The townhall meetings are open to the public. No membership or association to any county’s jural assembly is required to attend, as the meeting is purely for educational purposes only.

Check out our Events page to keep up to date with townhall and jural meetings.

In the meanwhile

Recommended resources:

  • The Declaration of Independence
  • The Articles of Confederation (as perfected)
  • The Northwest Ordinance
  • Historical works on American common law
  • Materials provided during our educational meetings
